Customer Service Agent

Hours: Part-time, permanent position
Where: Holmes Media offices in Market Harborough

Holmes Media is a growing digital business specialising in online lead generation and affiliate marketing. We specialise in telephone qualifying sales leads generated online by our various dedicated websites.

We’re on the lookout for a new member to join our team as a part time Customer Service Agent / Telesales agent within our friendly call centre.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and checking customer data generated via websites by outbound calling to members of the public.
  • Following-up on older leads to check for continued interest.
  • Inbound call handling.
  • Re-contacting leads rejected by registered tradesmen.
  • Assisting registered traders in the use our services from one-man bands to blue chip organisations.

Essential criteria

  • Good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Computer literacy.

Who we are looking for

You’ll ideally have call centre experience, although this is not an essential requirement. An interest in renewable energies and energy efficiency would be beneficial, but again this is not essential to apply for the role.

We offer good rates of pay, a monthly commission scheme and additional benefits, as well as offering great training, on the job support and continuous coaching. Hours will include an element of evening and weekend working.
